I turned off the heat which was NOT set to 80 and opened the window. When we went up to the room the temperature was 80 degrees. They said it was an "upgrade" but that was a lie as it was the exact room I booked. We went back to the hotel and they had a room for us. It was now 3:30 and well past check in time. After an hour and a half we still had no call. We arrived at 2:00 and were told our room wasn't ready and they would call when it was. The location is perfect for any Boston Garden location. I was not nice and I don't regret one single word that came out of my mouth at this point. It then happened again at 2:00 and I lost my mind and called the front desk again who said there was no noise. I called the front desk to check it out and they said they couldn't find anything. There was a horrible crashing noise like someone was dropping something very heavy every 15 minutes or so all night long. Something was clearly wrong with the system as the room never got cooler than 74 and that was leaving the window open and heat off all night in the winter in Boston.
